market is more bullish than A share market are because
1.B share market doesn’t have
the pressure of capital drain that its A share counterpart has due to year end
settlement
2.The bullish rumours about
favourable policies on B share market, the introduction of policies for the
establishment of Fund management company invested by domestic and international
financial institutions, and security firms invested by domestic and
international financial institutions.
Investors are advised pay
attention to those stocks that just moved out of bottom and demonstrated
ascending charts recently.
虽然证券市场还是寒冬时节，但是长期在低位区域徘徊的价格和资金周期性流动的规律，使得年底低迷气氛的市场具备了进行长期投资的机会，这种投资机会在历年的证券市场运行中都有所应验，更何况经历了近一年半的调整后市场风险早已释放，过多的疑虑和犹豫只是因为市场的低迷表现，从更长的周期来看寒冬之后是否会引来新的播种季节？在2002年11月27日创出2002年的新低后，B股市场已经连续数周强于A股市场的表现。B股市场的表现之所以比A股市场强，既得益于相对A股市场年终结账的资金压力，因B股多在散户手中，机构融资不多，所以年底几乎没有资金压力；又得益于近期市场上有关B股市场的利多传闻和筹建中外合资基金管理公司、中外合资证券公司等措施的推出。
目前B股指数短期虽然还有反复，但是底部正在逐渐抬高，成交也较前期活跃，种种迹象表明，正有资金在渐渐介入B股市场。一个值得关注的问题是A股涨势缓慢且量能迟迟未能放大，在很大程度影响了B股；而反过来B股市场涨跌幅非常有限，几乎没有涨停板出现，说明虽有资金介入，但B股市场仍是标准的散户市场，缺乏主力行为，这是B股无法火爆的原因之一，也决定了B股市场还是脱离不了看A股市场脸色的境地。相对于A股市场众多的上市公司，B股市场近期已经脱离底部、走出上升趋势的公司显得较为容易选择，这些公司分别是：沪市的（900906）ST中纺B、（900914）新锦B、（900915）ST永久B、（900916）凤凰B、（900925）上菱B、（900926）宝信B、（900928）ST自仪B、(900932)陆家B、（900934）新亚B；深市的（200002）万科B、（200037）深南电B、（200055）方大B、（200418）小天鹅B、（200625）长安B等。这些公司较好的走势原因各异，大致上来自于重组题材、业绩提升、股价低于或者接近净资产值等。
